In Q3 2021, the performance of the top 5 sandbox-like games on the Android platform in Kenya saw diverse trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, derived from Sensor Tower, highlights the distinct trajectories of these apps.

Roblox saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $2.1K in the final week of July. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a significant rise to 4.2K in mid-July and a resurgence to 3.1K by the end of September. The game maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users climbing from around 70K to nearly 79K by the end of the quarter.

Block Craft 3D：Building Game experienced minimal revenue towards the end of Q3, starting from zero and reaching up to $21 in early September. Weekly downloads showed a downward trend, starting at 1.5K in late June and dropping to 262 by the end of September. Active users also declined from 7.5K to 3.9K over the same period.
